I offer a 30 day return policy on all unworn goods. I offer a collection or drop off service for returns with Royal Mail but please be aware that a fee for this service will be deducted from your refund. All goods must be returned in the same condition that they were received in to be eligible for a full refund. If there are any signs of wear, such as scuffed soles or creasing in the uppers, a fee will be deducted to cover a loss in value of the goods.

Yes, with proper rotation and care. Leather needs time to breathe, so I recommend alternating pairs. With regular conditioning and shoe trees, your shoes will remain in excellent condition for years.
