Harrington Leather Works offers a 30 day return policy on all unworn goods. We offer a collection or drop off service for returns with Royal Mail but please be aware that a fee for this service will be deducted from your refund. All goods must be returned in the same condition that they were received in to be eligible for a full refund. If there are any signs of wear, such as scuffed soles or creasing in the uppers, a fee will be deducted to cover a loss in value of the goods.
To return your parcel to us, simply click Request / View Return on either the despatch confirmation email or against the relevant order.

Yes, with proper rotation and care. Leather needs time to breathe, so we recommend alternating pairs. With regular conditioning and shoe trees, your shoes will remain in excellent condition for years.
